WHOLESALE INQUIRIES Americo Original is a Toronto-based yarn company that features a high-end selection of yarn, knitwear patterns and accessories. Our yarn is manufactured in socially responsible mills in the Andean highlands of South America, and made strictly from natural fibres, including luxurious wool, llama, alpaca, organic cotton, linen, silk and cashmere. We distribute yarns to retail yarn stores and selected knitwear designers. To maintain exclusivity of our concept, Americo patterns are only available with the selected yarn purchased. Stores carrying Americo yarns must observe the limited distribution of our patterns. To qualify, a minimum order of 35 kilograms per season (twice a year) in any combination of our yarn is required and includes patterns for the yarn ordered. At this time, our leather accessories are available only in our flagship store and online for retail customers.
